About the Role
As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers who have, or are at risk for, developmental delays. This role is designed for those passionate about partnering with parents and caregivers to ensure service delivery is individualized, meaningful, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
In this position, you will work collaboratively to prioritize families' needs, culture, and values. Your day-to-day involves participating in multidisciplinary team assessments, developing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and providing direct intervention for cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, and motor development. You will act as a service coordinator, facilitating parent-child interactions and assisting families in advocating for their children.
