In this position, you will work collaboratively to prioritize families' needs, culture, and values. Your day-to-day involves participating in multidisciplinary team assessments, developing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and providing direct intervention for cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, and motor development. You will act as a service coordinator, facilitating parent-child interactions and assisting families in advocating for their children.
