About the Role
PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, where the mission is to provide high-level, customized rehabilitation services. In this role, you will develop and administer therapies designed to help patients regain their mobility and strength following surgery, injury, or serious illness.
You will utilize a variety of equipment and therapy techniques to assess patient needs, craft personalized treatment plans, and work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient recovery and strives for excellence in rehabilitative services. Your day-to-day will involve evaluating patient needs, tracking progress, adjusting treatments as necessary, and educating patients and their families on therapy exercises. You will also maintain detailed patient records and implement therapeutic techniques, including physical, manual therapy, and exercise approaches.
