Campbell County Health (CCH) is more than just a hospital—we are a comprehensive healthcare system serving northeast Wyoming. Our organization includes Campbell County Memorial Hospital, a 90-bed acute care community hospital in Gillette; Campbell County Medical Group, featuring nearly 20 specialty and primary care clinics; and The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility.
As a Physical Therapist, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and Rehab Director to organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs. Your mission is to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. You will help patients reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within any limits for their capabilities.
In this role, you will collaborate with other members of the health care team to develop age-appropriate plans of care that address physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. You will evaluate patient progress, revise plans as necessary, and educate patients and families regarding their current health status and anticipated outcomes. The position requires flexibility to meet patient needs, including participation in weekend coverage and providing support across other CCH rehabilitation service lines during times of high or low census.
Campbell County Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
