About the Program

Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.

We are designed to significantly help people who have primarily experienced a brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA through accident or illness regain functional capabilities. By providing care in the home, community, workplace, or school, we promote greater health through the recovery process, all with industry-leading outcomes that dramatically improve functional skills and independence for patients.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens. You will treat clients beyond a staged environment, engaging in real-life experiences such as cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores and restaurants, participating in outdoor activities, and working in the workplace.

You will thrive in an autonomous setting while valuing being part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapists. This role offers a flexible schedule created by you, with compensation paid per hour rather than per visit, along with driving, travel, and mileage reimbursement.
