As a Physical Therapist with us, you will serve as a vital partner in restoring function, reducing pain, and improving the mobility and quality of life for patients. This role is designed for clinicians who thrive in dynamic environments and value collaboration. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care and manage discharge planning.
Your day-to-day involves evaluating patients through comprehensive history and systems reviews, then developing individualized, evidence-based plans of care with clear, measurable goals. You will deliver skilled interventions ranging from therapeutic exercise and manual therapy to gait training and functional mobility work. Beyond clinical treatment, you will educate patients and families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, and safe mobility to promote independence and prevent re-injury. The role demands adaptability, requiring you to quickly adjust to different clinical settings, patient populations, and EMR systems while adhering to strict professional, ethical, and legal standards.
