We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind improving patient mobility, function, and quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other specialists to develop evidence-based care plans that are tailored to each patient's unique goals and diagnoses.
Your day will involve conducting comprehensive evaluations, implementing therapeutic interventions ranging from manual therapy to gait training, and educating patients and their families on injury prevention and safe mobility. Beyond clinical duties, you will contribute to a patient-centered care environment that aligns with Avera Health's mission, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to dignity and respect.
