About the Role
We are looking for skilled Phlebotomists to join our community healthcare team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping others and are excited about seeing new faces and different places every day. As a mobile healthcare professional, you will be part of a team that drives the company van, loads and unloads equipment, and delivers essential health services directly to communities.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReview patient records for accuracy and completeness
- check_circlePerform venipuncture and finger-stick procedures
- check_circleLabel and ensure all samples are accurately identified
- check_circleMonitor patients for reactions and ensure sample quality
- check_circlePackage and ship specimens to central lab daily
- check_circleMaintain proper sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas
- check_circleCross train and perform Medical Assistant duties including health screenings
- check_circleCentrifuge blood samples according to clinical protocols
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 1-year hands-on venipuncture experience
- verifiedValid Driver's License
- verifiedAbility to be insured to drive a company vehicle
- verifiedLegally authorized to work in the United States
