We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist I to join our team in Dearborn, MI. This position operates Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our specimen collection processes, supporting a wide range of services including drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance exams.
In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients and patients, managing the full lifecycle of specimen collection and processing. Your day will involve utilizing lab technology systems to verify orders, accurately entering data, and handling billing information. Beyond patient-facing duties, you will maintain a safe and organized environment by managing inventory, sanitizing workspaces, and ensuring all logs and records are up to date. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to following established procedures and departmental protocols.
