Founded 45 years ago with a mission to preserve trees threatened by the gypsy moth epidemic, SavATree has grown into a nationwide leader in tree, shrub, and lawn care services. Unlike companies that focus on removal, our work is rooted in preservation and care. We are a values-driven organization built on teamwork, integrity, respect, and a relentless commitment to making a positive impact.
When you join us, you'll find a collaborative, competitive, and caring environment where your contributions matter. As we like to say: When you work here, you thrive here.
As a Plant Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and treating tree and shrub health issues within a specific territory. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in protecting and enhancing the natural environment.
You will join a supportive team that works alongside some of the best trained and equipped professionals in the industry, with a focus on learning, growth, quality, and safety. Your day will involve inspecting plant material, selecting appropriate treatments, preparing diagnostic reports, and educating clients about their landscapes while operating spray and application equipment safely.
We invest in your success with training, education, and internal growth opportunities. We offer a competitive pay structure, health and dental insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) Savings Plan, and a Flexible Spending Plan. We also provide a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 based on experience.
Time off is provided to support your work/life balance, ensuring you have the space to recharge while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
