Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide exceptional customer service and direct patient intervention for health and wellness needs
- check_circleComply with local, state, and federal regulations including food safety and HIPAA guidelines
- check_circlePut away legend orders and central fill deliveries
- check_circleAssist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults with direct interaction
- check_circleMaintain clean and organized workstations and customer waiting areas
- check_circleAnswer phone calls, triage inquiries, and assist with reception and data entry
- check_circleManage inventory ordering, counting, and preparation of medications and supplies
- check_circleProcess billing, cash register transactions, and vendor coupon tenders accurately
- check_circleSupport pharmacists with responsibilities that do not require professional judgment

Previous comparable experience, equivalent experience of a pharmacy clerk, EPRN familiarity
