About the Role
In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating our customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner. You will contribute to a safe, clean, and inclusive environment while acting as a responsible member of the community. Your mission is to provide the right products, services, and care at the right time with fair and accurate pricing.

A key part of your day will involve providing direct patient intervention by delivering health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient, strictly in accordance with state and federal laws. You will work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, supporting the pharmacist and ensuring a stellar customer experience during reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct patient intervention and health and wellness services consistent with state and federal laws
- check_circleComplete billing procedures and adjudication steps to ensure accurate value for customers and the company
- check_circleMaintain departmental standards by keeping work stations and customer waiting areas clean and organized
- check_circleTriage phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide a stellar customer experience during reception and product dispensing
- check_circleAssist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional pharmacist judgment
- check_circleManage computerized inventory, ordering, and control of medications, devices, supplements, and supplies
- check_circleOperate cash registers and handle electronic fund transactions while adhering to loss prevention policies
- check_circleEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations, food safety guidelines, and local, state, and federal health codes
Requirements

Any previous comparable experience, any equivalent experience of a pharmacy clerk, EPRN familiarity
