Centered in the heart of San Joaquin County, Adventist Health Lodi Memorial has been a leading healthcare provider since 1952. Our organization includes a 190-bed hospital, 17 medical offices, home care services, comprehensive cancer care, and a vast scope of award-winning services throughout Lodi and the surrounding areas. We are deeply committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will perform packaging, manipulative, and repetitive tasks related to the furnishing of drugs under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Your work is essential to ensuring accurate medication delivery, as you will fill and deliver unit dose cassettes from patient profiles to nursing units. You will pull medications from stock, match them with corresponding labels generated by the pharmacist, and maintain floor stock by restocking, removing expired medications, and rotating inventory. Additionally, you will prepare IV medication products within legal guidelines, check in orders from wholesalers, and process returns and back orders.
Lodi is known for its small-town charm, extensive vineyards, and delicious local restaurants and bakeries. The allure of Lodi's close-knit community is complemented by its proximity to major metropolitan cities in the Bay Area and Sacramento, as well as a quick drive to Lake Tahoe or the Northern California coast.
