The Pharmacy Technician serves as a vital support pillar within our pharmacy operations, ensuring the seamless preparation, processing, and distribution of prescription medications. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. You will act as a bridge between patients, providers, and pharmacists, resolving complex prescription exceptions and navigating insurance claim challenges to keep care flowing smoothly.
In this onsite position based in Pittsburgh, you will spend your day managing high-volume data entry, handling inbound and outbound communications, and performing essential physical tasks to maintain operational efficiency. The role requires a professional who can balance technical precision with strong interpersonal skills, ensuring that every interaction upholds the highest standards of confidentiality and patient care.
