The Manager, Planning position is based at the Catalent Micron Technologies Malvern facility, which specializes in particle size reduction technologies and integrated analytical services for the pharmaceutical industry. This site is equipped with advanced systems to handle highly potent and cytotoxic compounds, providing leading analytical services associated with particle size engineering and material characterization testing from early-stage development to commercialization.
In this role, you will drive supply chain efficiency and operational excellence by leading production planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. You will provide strategic oversight and hands-on leadership across Planning, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement functions, partnering with the Site Leadership Team to align initiatives with business and site objectives. Your day-to-day will involve leading end-to-end production planning and customer order fulfillment, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and championing a strong Continuous Improvement culture through Lean Six Sigma leadership and coaching.
