About the Role
As a Pharmacist at Walgreens, you will serve as a vital healthcare partner, bridging the gap between transactional pharmacy services and personalized patient care. In this position, you will manage the full spectrum of pharmacy operations, from compounding and verification to resolving complex insurance claims and interacting with medical providers. Beyond clinical duties, you will support the Pharmacy Manager in optimizing workflow, inventory, and financial performance. You will also foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring staff, sharing customer service best practices, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.
