You will act as a key member of the pharmacy team, engaging with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and build strong relationships. Beyond customer interaction, you will learn to navigate pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, manage inventory, and support healthcare providers in delivering patient care services such as medication therapy management and blood pressure monitoring. As a pharmacy intern, your growth is central to this position. You will complete required training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare developments and pharmacy best practices. The role offers a structured environment to learn from store leadership, team members, and patients, ensuring you are well-prepared for the responsibilities of a licensed pharmacist. You will be expected to model and share customer service best practices, including proactive assistance and courteous engagement, with all team members.
