As a Pharmacy Intern, you will be a key part of our team, contributing to the creation of a service-conscious pharmacy. Your primary mission is to build relationships with patients that exceed their expectations while providing safe, accurate, and efficient care. You will work alongside pharmacists and technicians to ensure the best outcomes for patients, Team Members, and the company.
In this role, you will model excellent patient care by respecting, engaging, and enthusiastically meeting all patient needs. From welcoming patients with a smile to processing orders and referring questions to the pharmacist, your actions will directly impact the patient experience. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a neat and clean work environment that meets company and government requirements, ensuring the department runs efficiently.
