Requirements
- verifiedGraduation from an ACPE approved school of pharmacy (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate)
- verifiedSuccessful completion of a PGY1 residency program
- verifiedTX Pharmacist license within 90 days
- verifiedBasic Life Support certification (American Heart Association)
