About the Role

You will also assist in creating medication therapy programs and educating patients on their prescribed treatments, ensuring they understand how to take their medications and what to expect.

You will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records of medication inventory and prescriptions while staying abreast of the latest drug developments and regulations.
