About the Role

At Sam's Club, you will be the backbone of our membership experience. This role is designed to ensure that every member feels valued and supported while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. You will serve as a key point of contact for members, guiding them through their shopping journey, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving any concerns they may have.

Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of member service and facility operations. You will process membership upgrades and credit accounts, ensuring members receive the full value of their benefits. Simultaneously, you will fulfill critical fulfillment orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, and palletizing items with precision. From conducting safety sweeps to handling hazardous materials, you play a vital role in keeping our facility safe and compliant with all company standards.
