About the Role

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. In this position, you will manage the full life cycle of loans, engaging with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. You will present tailored solutions based on customer needs, educate them on loan terms and optional insurance products, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws. The role requires multitasking and adapting to dynamic demands to ensure timely and efficient service.

The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
