About the Team

Easterseals-Goodwill is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality in-home personal care services across Great Falls and rural communities. Our mission is to support elderly individuals, people with disabilities, those recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, and individuals transitioning from nursing homes to live independently. About the Role

This position serves as a vital link between patients, their families, and the broader care network. You will work closely with Personal Care Coordinators, the Medicaid Case Management Team, and other referral sources to implement Personal Care Attendant Services and Private Duty Nursing Services tailored to meet specific patient needs. Your day involves recruiting, hiring, orienting, and supervising Personal Care Attendants while evaluating patient conditions to ensure the right care matches the right needs. You will also monitor service quality and recipient satisfaction, ensuring a seamless care experience.
