The Sports Psychology LPC serves as a primary resource for developing and delivering a comprehensive mental performance program. This position is designed to improve the mental skills of athletes and other groups seeking to enhance their performance. Beyond program development, the role involves planning, coordinating, and facilitating educational activities while rigorously measuring their efficacy.
In addition to performance coaching, this position provides clinical assessments and treatments for individuals with clinical mental health diagnoses. The successful candidate will collaborate with departmental leadership and the quality team to report on program refinement, perform audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies. The role requires a balance of strategic program management and direct clinical care, ensuring that treatment plans are developed based on comprehensive assessments while maintaining patient rights.
