About the Role

We are seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine with a focus on Shoulder Arthroscopy to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be among the first surgeons in our new hospital-employed practice, helping to shape a premier orthopedic service line from the ground up.

As a founding member of this group, you will perform surgeries at St. Peters Hospital in Albany, NY, and Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY. You will benefit from a strong referral pipeline through our extensive primary care network and receive robust support from experienced inpatient and outpatient APP teams. The role offers a collaborative, physician-friendly environment focused on high-quality care, allowing you to build and grow a new service line while enjoying a balanced work-life environment and long-term stability.
