About the Role
We are seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is vital for ensuring the continuity of care for our diverse patient population, requiring coverage on both weekdays and weekends. You will partner with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and direct discipline-specific therapy services. Your work will focus on designing functional programs that enable patients to effectively return to community activities.
Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues.
