About the Role
Occupational Therapists play a central role in this setting, providing compassionate and excellent treatment every step of the way. In this per diem position, you will conduct individual patient therapy regimens, monitor patient responses to treatment, and participate in discharge planning, including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipment recommendations. The role also involves supervising certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students, and participating in continuing education seminars and in-services.
