About the Role
This position serves as a critical liaison between technologists and radiologists/cardiologists, ensuring the highest quality of diagnostic images is maintained at all times. You will demonstrate proficiency across all modality equipment while monitoring image quality and departmental processes. The role involves managing technical practice, personnel, and fiscal responsibilities to optimize patient flow and resource utilization.
In this day-to-day capacity, you will coordinate activities within the modality to ensure orderly and timely patient care. You will act as a resource for teammates, providing on-the-job training and coaching to support staff development and workflow efficiency. A key part of your mission is incorporating age-specific care guidelines—from neonates to adults—ensuring that patients and families receive effective education and compassionate care tailored to their needs.

Requirements
