About the Role
JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to children across our New Jersey clinics. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner to families, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team, dedicated to improving the mobility, strength, and functional independence of young patients.
Your day will involve evaluating pediatric patients using standardized assessments to determine functional status and therapy needs. You will then develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that include hands-on therapeutic interventions, gait training, and balance exercises. Beyond clinical care, you will play a key educational role by coaching families and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility strategies. The position requires accurate and timely documentation in the EMR, monitoring of patient progress, and active participation in discharge planning.
