About the Role
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while building strong relationships with children and families. Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, sensory processing differences, neurological conditions, and genetic disorders.
Your day will focus on helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, emotional regulation, and overall independence through individualized, evidence-based therapy. You will partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover and skill generalization, while collaborating with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
