You will work under close supervision to provide support to the administrative operations of a clinical service, ensuring the best possible patient experience by effectively coordinating services for patients and families. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate a strong interest in departmental and organizational initiatives, with a specific focus on continuous process improvement.\n You will perform various administrative functions requiring a basic knowledge of programs and services, delivering positive and effective customer service that supports both departmental and hospital operations. The position involves collaborating with referring providers and practices, obtaining required authorizations, and managing patient schedules to support the encounter workflow.
This is a full-time role with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is primarily remote after the initial 90-day period.
This role is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates or former Boston Children's employees who worked here in the past 2 years). The posted pay range reflects the organization's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this position at the time of posting. Base pay offers depend on skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
