About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator at the Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will greet patients, assist with paperwork, and ensure the waiting area remains tidy and stocked. Your role involves managing the flow of the front desk, from answering phones and scheduling appointments to processing payments and coordinating with clinical staff.
You will play a key part in the patient experience by offering refreshments, managing file documentation, and assisting with insurance verification and fee estimates. This position requires a balance of administrative precision and warm, edifying communication with patients both in person and over the phone.
