As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) or Nurse Aide/Unit Clerk, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team providing direct and indirect patient care. Working cooperatively under the direction of an RN or LPN, you will ensure patient satisfaction and safety while adhering to hospital policies and the Nursing Department's philosophy.
You will be part of a dynamic team where relationships are highly valued. Whether in Acute Care, Intensive Care, or Rehab units, you will practice in a setting that prioritizes the delivery of high-quality care and the development of professional skills.
