As a member of our Environmental Services team at AdventHealth Waterman, you play a vital role in maintaining a safe and healing environment for patients, families, and staff. Your day involves diligently cleaning assigned patient and public areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized, and managing the flow of waste and linen. You will utilize Bed Management systems and hand-held technology to track productivity, while operating cleaning equipment and disposing of both normal and biohazardous waste according to strict facility standards. This role requires a keen attention to detail, particularly in infection control and isolation procedures, ensuring that every space you touch contributes to the overall well-being of our community.
