About the Role
As a Parts Specialist in Charlotte, NC, you will be the go-to expert for coordinating and selling heavy equipment parts to both internal and external customers. This role is perfect for a parts guru who enjoys helping people and thrives on being detail-oriented and dependable. You will serve as the bridge between our technicians and our customers, ensuring the right parts are available when needed.
Your day will involve assisting customers in selecting appropriate parts, providing accurate pricing, and advising on companion part requirements. You will also handle timely communications via phone, in-person, and email, while following up on back-ordered items. Additionally, you will support our technicians by retrieving parts for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments, often operating a forklift as needed.
