About the Role
The Parts Runner is a vital link between our Parts Department and our Technicians, ensuring the smooth flow of operations on the service floor. In this role, you will deliver parts directly to technicians, identify and report any inventory overages or shortages, and maintain organized bin locations for accessories. Your work supports the team's ability to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards.
You will be responsible for assisting with new inventory assignments, performing test counts as directed by management, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. This position requires active movement throughout the Parts and Service Departments, as well as the outdoor car lot, and involves lifting items up to 50 pounds. Success in this role depends on your ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively with customers and staff, and adhere to all safety rules and company policies.
