Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and complete all parts ordering based on estimates and supplements
- check_circleMonitor deliveries and track parts status with vendors
- check_circleReceive and check in parts to ensure accuracy on repair orders
- check_circleInspect delivered parts for quality and damage within two hours
- check_circleReturn incorrect parts immediately to vendors
- check_circleCoordinate parts invoicing and ensure daily posting in CCC One
- check_circleSupport Body Technicians with parts knowledge and reference materials
- check_circleLead and mentor the Parts Team if applicable
- check_circleDrive parts related KPIs including margin, inventory, and material spend
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.
- verifiedValid Driver's License
- verifiedLegally authorized to work in the United States
- verifiedExperience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry
- verifiedProficient knowledge and use of estimating software
