About the Role

As a Licensed Florida General Contractor, you will play a critical role in determining the cost of repairs by thoroughly reviewing scopes of work, competing estimates, photographs, engineering reports, and specifications.

You will be responsible for breaking down project costs into detailed categories, including labor, materials, equipment, permits, and contingencies. Your expertise will ensure accurate calculations of material quantities and labor hours, taking into account crew size and productivity rates. By analyzing market trends, current material prices, and labor rates, you will help maintain the precision and integrity of our cost estimates.

The role is primarily remote-based but requires several site visits per week to assess project conditions and verify measurements. You will engage in virtual and in-person collaboration with project managers, clients, and attorneys, including participation in depositions and trials.
