The Role
This Part-Time Spanish Instructor position offers a unique teaching model focused entirely on one student at a time. As a Brightmont instructor, you will be the star of the show, tailoring lessons to each student's unique needs and learning styles. We utilize a gradual release approach to guide students toward mastery, building their confidence and academic success.
Unlike traditional teaching roles, this position eliminates the stress of lesson planning, parent conferences, and endless grading. Your sole focus is inspiring your students and delivering high-quality, personalized instruction.

Candidates must be able to provide fingerprints (in AZ and WA only) and pass a federal background check as part of the onboarding process.
