About the Role

The Community for Rigor (C4R) is an NIH-funded initiative based at the University of Pennsylvania, dedicated to strengthening scientific rigor and transparency in biomedical research. We develop educational materials, training resources, and community programs that help scientists design, conduct, and report more rigorous and reproducible studies.

This Part-Time Social Media Associate role is designed for a high-energy, creative science communicator who understands the needs and perspectives of researchers. You will play a key role in igniting online conversations about scientific rigor and expanding C4R's visibility and engagement across digital platforms. The position combines a scientific background with a passion for digital media, requiring you to create compelling video narratives, foster community growth, and translate complex scientific insights into accessible content for students, faculty, and subject-matter experts.
