About the Role
This position offers new graduates the opportunity to start their careers with a dynamic, growing organization. You will serve as a vital partner to our Orthodontists, providing excellent chairside assistance and anticipating next steps to stay in constant mental synchronization with the doctor. The role involves a hands-on approach to patient care, including instructing patients on elastic treatment, preparing tray set-ups, and assisting with bonding, banding, adjusting, and debonding orthodontic patients.
You will be responsible for taking diagnostic quality X-rays, attaching them to patient charts, and capturing patient initial, progress, and de-bond photos. Additionally, you will take scans for clear aligners or models, mix materials, and prepare impressions. This role requires the flexibility to travel to our Colorado locations and support multiple sites as needed.
