About the Role
We are hiring Operators for our 2nd Shift on Line 3 or Line 4. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with team members to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues swiftly, and enhance customer satisfaction. By delivering exceptional service, you will contribute directly to the overall success and reputation of our organization.
This is a part-time position offering a 4-day work week with 3-day weekends. Expected hours are between 24 to 30 per week. Shift times vary by station: Load side hours are 3 PM to 9 PM, and Unload side hours are 5 PM to 11 PM.
Work Environment & Culture
We maintain a strict drug-free workplace. We do not accept medical marijuana cards, and THC is not allowed. All candidates must be able to pass a random drug screen at any time, as well as a post-offer screening within the first 90 days of employment.
