The Back of House Catering Leader is a pivotal part-time role focused on producing high-quality food and delivering a quality experience for all involved. This position serves as a bridge between leadership and crew, responsible for training and coordinating team members, coaching staff, and assisting with administrative duties. The leader will supervise food preparation processes and ensure the thorough cleaning of all food service areas. The role requires adaptability, as schedules may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
