About the Role
We are seeking a Part Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. In this position, you will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings. You will work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of perioperative care. This role is vital to our mission of optimizing patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical journey.
Your day will involve conducting comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care. You will be the primary advocate for patient stability, managing airways, monitoring vital signs, and overseeing safe emergence from anesthesia. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a clinical resource, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance recovery protocols and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
