Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage daily center operations and ensure facilities are ready for customers
- check_circleHandle incoming mail and coordinate package delivery for customers
- check_circleProcess customer invoices and ensure accurate billing for all services
- check_circleSupport sales efforts by sharing community details with prospective members
- check_circleProvide administrative support and resolve customer inquiries regarding services
- check_circleAssist customers with technical setup including projectors and WiFi connectivity
- check_circleOrganize and promote networking events by creating invites and posting materials
Requirements

- verifiedExperience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
