About the Role
The Bartender at Hilton Garden Inn Key West / The Keys Collection plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at this upscale property. Located at the entry point of Key West on North Roosevelt Boulevard, the hotel is conveniently situated near the island's best attractions, including Old Town, Mallory Square, Smathers Beach, and the vibrant Duval Street. As a brand new hotel that debuted in April 2016, the property features 141 guest rooms and a full-service bar, restaurant, and pool area.
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete setup of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Your day-to-day involves maintaining the service and cleanliness of the bar, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction while managing liquor inventory. You will prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel's mixing and presentation standards, serving guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Additionally, you will break down the bar after functions, storing liquor, supplies, and equipment according to hotel standards, and respond to guest problems or complaints with care.
