About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you will be the driving force behind our visual excellence and operational efficiency. This role exists to ensure that our customers experience the highest quality of product presentation while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment. You will partner with a team of proud innovators to execute eye-catching merchandise displays, create unique presentations for sale items and exclusive designs, and drive brand awareness within our physical spaces.

Your day will involve overseeing merchandise displays and store layouts, ensuring sufficient stock levels, and managing back-of-house execution. From expediting truck check-ins and processing merchandise to maintaining the selling floor and fitting rooms, you will create the perfect setting for a memorable shopping experience. You will also engage directly with clients, responding to inquiries and fostering positive relationships that encourage creative thinking and collaboration.
