About the Role
Cinemark Assistant Managers play a vital role in the overall operation of the theatre. You will ensure policies and procedures are followed and operational standards are achieved by supporting the General Manager and communicating their decisions to the staff. This role requires you to be cross-trained in all departments, stepping in where needed to provide inspirational training to team members.\n The position is designed for growth; successful Assistant Managers can advance to Senior Assistant Manager, and eventually to Theatre Manager or General Manager, after completing the Management Accreditation Program and gaining at least six months of experience.

Requirements
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age

- verifiedCompletion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core) within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
- verifiedObtain any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
- verifiedCompletion of Safe Alcohol Service training program if working with alcohol
- verifiedAbility to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English
- verifiedAccurate cash handling and basic math skills
