About the Role
Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Paraprofessional / School Aide to support students' health, safety, and independence within an educational setting. This role exists to ensure that students with specific health needs can fully participate in their educational activities while maintaining their well-being. You will work as an integral part of a team that values compassion and quality, assisting with personal care, mobility, and classroom participation under the close guidance of nurses and therapists.
In this position, you will monitor student well-being, follow individualized care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Your day-to-day impact involves promoting dignity, independence, and respectful communication with students and their families. By collaborating with nurses, therapists, and teachers, you help create a safe environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
