Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCommunicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance during care
- check_circleAct as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management as needed
- check_circleDrive the ambulance on 911 responses
- check_circleParticipate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations
- check_circleAssess call situations to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols
- check_circleUtilize medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and IVs to provide advanced patient care
- check_circleCollaborate with allied health and public safety personnel
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- verifiedWa State Paramedic License or NREMT-P
- verifiedNREMT-P
- verifiedState Driver's License
- verifiedACLS
- verifiedPALS
- verifiedPass Physical Agility Test
- verifiedSome work experience, preferably in healthcare
