Corewell Health's Department of Neurological Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its exceptional epilepsy team. As a vital member of the epilepsy section, you will evaluate new patients and manage the ongoing care of established patients. This role is designed for those passionate about the epilepsy population, whether you are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider or a recent graduate with initial neurology training. The position offers a balanced outpatient practice with the flexibility to take on inpatient coverage if desired, though it is not required. You will conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments, supported by the Epic Electronic Medical Record. After a significant ramp-up period, there is potential for a virtual clinic day, allowing for remote work from home. The schedule is strictly Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or call requirements.
